Step-by-Step Guide

Install the QualityWatcher AI Jira Plugin

1. If you have not yet installed the plugin, go to the installation page.
2. Follow the instructions to install the plugin into your Jira instance.
3. Once installed, the plugin will be available in Jira tickets for use.

Generate Test Cases

1. Identify or create a Jira ticket, then open it.
2. Scroll to the QualityWatcher AI panel located below the ticket details.
3. Click the Generate Test Cases button.
4. The AI will analyze the ticket's description, acceptance criteria, and steps to generate test cases automatically.
5. Review the generated test cases directly within the panel.

Export Test Cases to Excel

1. Once satisfied with the generated test cases, click the Upload Excel Attachment button in the QualityWatcher AI panel.
2. The test cases will be downloaded as an Excel file.
3. Use the Excel file to share, review, or import the test cases into other software.

Customize Generated Test Cases

1. After exporting the test cases, open the Excel file.
2. Modify the test cases within the Excel sheet to fit your project’s needs.
3. Once customized, you can import the modified test cases into other tools as necessary.

Regenerate or Re-Export Test Cases

1. If you need additional test cases or modifications, click the Generate Test Cases button again.
2. You can re-export the updated test cases to Excel as often as needed, ensuring all scenarios are covered.
